You will have 14 days after the item(s) have shipped to send back any merchandise. If the 14 days has passed since your item(s) were received, they will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will email you notifying you of the current process of the refund and whether it was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.
You will have 14 days after the item(s) have been purchased to exchange or receive in-store credit. In-store credit will go on a gift certificate and must be used within one month of being issued.
If the 14 days have passed since you bought your item(s), they will not be accepted and no exchange or in-store credit will be available.
